Policies

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Please arrive on time so your full session can be provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment.

Your comfort and safety are important. Please communicate with your therapist about pressure, positioning, or anything that does not feel comfortable during your session.

Professional and respectful conduct is expected at all times.

VA authorized treatment is limited to the areas and conditions listed on your referral.

If you would like treatment outside of your VA authorization, those services must be booked separately as self pay.

Home Clinic Scheduling is available by request and based on therapist availability.

An appropriate and safe space must be available for the therapist to provide treatment.

Payment is due at the time of service unless the appointment is being billed through an approved insurance or VA authorization.
