Need a Referral?

Ask your VA provider or Community Care coordinator for a referral to OMAJ Clinic.

Once we receive your approved referral, we’ll contact you to schedule your first appointment.

Treatment is limited to the areas approved by the VA. If another area needs treatment, you may need an updated referral.

What to Expect

Your therapist will talk with you about the areas you’d like addressed and focus the session on the treatment areas approved by the VA.

Appointments are provided in a private, professional setting at our Barbers Point location.

Important VA Information

VA-authorized treatment is limited to the areas and conditions listed on your referral.

If you would like treatment outside of your VA authorization, those services would need to be booked separately as self-pay.
